On March
2, 2007, Jetpool held a VLJ
expo with the intent
of educating over 600 attendees
about the multitude
of choices involved with owning
and operating a
VLJ. Attendees enjoyed brief
seminars presented by leading industry
experts on subjects from VLJ
101, legal, insurance, tax,
and financing.
Many potential owners remarked
that the seminars were very
informative and gave them a
better picture of all facets of the
aircraft ownership experience.
Show goers were able to climb
inside actual aircraft and
mockups, enjoying the benefits
of comparison shopping
costs, specifications, and
interiors all in a single
afternoon. Overall, the show
was a smashing success, with 7 aircraft manufacturers
and 11 aircraft (4 aircraft,
5 mock-ups, and 2 informational
displays) represented, along
with three key aviation service
providers.
